1. APPLICABILITY

These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) apply to the business activities of SKINIC REJUVENATION CENTER, Bahnhofstrasse 37, 8001 Zurich. The owner and employees of the practice provide paid medical services in the field of aesthetic medicine. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the area, where the doctor and his employees directly and indirectly provide services to the customer. Their purpose is to ensure transparency and understanding regarding our services and mutual obligations.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge by phone at +41 44 262 18 18 or via email/WhatsApp/SMS to info@skinic.ch up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we request immediate notification to find an individual solution. In case of an excessive number of appointments reschedulings or cancellations, the practice reserves the right to set special conditions for future appointments to ensure availability for all customers. An "excessive number" refers to more than three short-notice cancellations or reschedulings within a six-month period. For appointments that are late in being canceled, forgotten, or rescheduled, a fee of CHF 150 will be charged for the reserved time. In case of a disproportionately high number of delays, reschedulings, or cancellations, further bookings may not be considered. Customers who fail to appear for an appointment without prior notification more than once within a year will not be provided with further treatments. Bookings with incorrect information (first name, last name, email address, phone number, residential address, date of birth) will be canceled.

3. DELAYS

Arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time is considered a delay. If customers are late or fail to notify in advance, the practice may cancel the appointment and charge a CHF 150 inconvenience fee. Customers are responsible for determining the exact location of the practice in advance as well as considering any delays in traffic (such as traffic jams or difficulty finding parking in the city) or other foreseeable obstacles.

4. FOLLOW-UPS AND POST-TREATMENT

Free follow-ups or post-treatments are possible within 2 to 3 weeks after the initial treatment if medically indicated and not otherwise agreed with the doctor. Requests for post-treatments outside this period or for aesthetic reasons will be charged according to our standardized price lists.

5. PAYMENT and Payment Options

The following payment options are available for settling our provided services: Cash payment, Maestro, or credit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB. Invoice issuance or installment payments are also possible. However, invoicing is done through our billing partner, the "MF Group." Invoices must be settled within 30 days from the invoice date.

Accessibility of the "MF Group" Billing Company Partner's Terms and Acceptance of Invoicing 5.1 General Information: Our billing company partners, represented by the "MF Group," place great importance on transparent business practices. The General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) of the "MF Group" are an integral part of our cooperation.

5.2 Access and Accessibility: The General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) of the "MF Group" are available on their official website, and a copy is available at our clinic. 5.3 Reference in our GTCs: With the start of the cooperation between the customer and SKINIC REJUVENATION CENTER, reference is made to the General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) of the "MF Group." Continued use of our services and agreement to invoicing presupposes that the customer has read and accepted the GTCs of the MF Group. A copy of the MF Group's GTCs will be provided on-site.

5.4 Credit Check: As part of our business practices, we reserve the right to check the creditworthiness of our customers before providing our services. This check is conducted by our billing company, MF Group AG, and enables us to ensure secure and reliable business transactions. The MF Group reserves the right to use personal data and relevant information, particularly from the customer database (name, date of birth, address, treatment date), for credit checks, billing (including assignment of claims), and enforcement of necessary claims. For independent processing, the following data may be transmitted to the financing partner in Germany, thereby also consenting to data processing: Name, address, date of birth, invoice amount, and internal identification features, such as the customer ID. In the event of necessary judicial enforcement of the claim, the MF Group reserves the right to request the treating physician to disclose the treatment subject to the MF Group and its financing partner.

5.5 Invoice Payment and GTC Acceptance: 5.5 Customers who opt for payment by invoice are requested to explicitly confirm on the entry form that they have read, accepted, and confirmed the GTCs of the "MF Group" by their signature. This measure aims to ensure that customers opting for the invoice option accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) of the "MF Group."

5.6 Questions and Clarifications: If you have any questions or uncertainties regarding the GTCs of the "MF Group," our customer service is at your disposal. We recommend that our customers carefully read the GTCs of the "MF Group" to ensure a complete understanding of the terms and conditions.

In case payment processing cannot be completed due to technical issues on the part of the practice's payment service provider, a bill will be issued to the customer. The practice reserves the right to refuse further service provision in case of payment default.

6. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

SKINIC Rejuvenation Center places great importance on the satisfaction and well-being of its customers. If you have any discrepancies or concerns regarding your treatment or other aspects of our services, we encourage you to contact our complaint management. Procedure: Complaints can be addressed in writing via email to info@skinic.ch or by post to our practice address.

7. Disclaimer

The practice shall not be liable for complications beyond its control, such as unforeseeable allergic reactions or results that do not meet the standard due to the individual characteristics of the customer. For complications directly resulting from the treatment and which could have been avoided with proper execution, the practice assumes responsibility within the framework of statutory liability regulations.

8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

In every external and internal online booking made by customers, there is a reference to our General Terms and Conditions (GTCs). The online booking is considered valid only after acceptance of the GTCs and is duly validated in the confirmation email. Similarly, when completing the entry form, there is a mention of our GTCs, which customers must acknowledge. It is the responsibility of customers to familiarize themselves with our GTCs and accept them when booking an appointment at the SKINIC REJUVENATION CENTER, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing. Customers have the right to lodge an objection against the currently applicable GTCs within 24 hours.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall also apply to contractual relationships with foreign customers, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

10. Severability Clause

Should individually provisions of the terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable or lose their legal validity or enforceability at a later date, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by one that comes as close as possible to achieving the economic purpose of the omitted provision. The same applies to gaps in these terms and conditions.
